Rent funds are immediately debited from your account and the check is mailed in 1 business day. New payment history is added to your credit profile in 30-45 days.
Add your Landlord as a Biller in the MoCaFi Bill Pay app feature. Opt in to report payments to your Landlord to Equifax and TransUnion.
We contact your Landlord to verify your lease terms including the amount and due date of your Rental Payments.
A MoCaFi tradeline is created on your Equifax and TransUnion credit score to report Rental Payments made with your MoCaFi account.
Use Bill Pay to mail your Rent check and mark the payment for reporting to Equifax and TransUnion. Funds are immediately debited and a check is cut to pay the Landlord on file.
A check in your name is mailed to your Landlord’s address via US Postal Service Priority Mail within 1 business day of the payment date. Your Rental payment is added to your tradeline within 30-45 days.
