OUR STORY
Drafting The BlueprintFor Economic Justice
In 2014, as the city of Ferguson erupted in protests following the police shooting death of an unarmed Black teenager, an Oxford-educated African American Wall Street executive sat in his office and considered ways to address social inequities by closing the racial wealth gap. Today, that executive, Wole Coaxum is leading MoCaFi to serve 50M US population of unbanked & underbanked. We’re a diverse-led team of financial executives, technologists, community organizers, activists, and makers committed to breaking barriers to wealth building for all people, regardless of race, circumstance, or financial position.
